Pigmenta offers a 100 hours comprehensive hands-on training Permanent Make-up Training and Classes are offered to licensed professionals in the beauty and medical industry. (For individuals without prior experience please call for pre-requisites)
Our goal is to provide a practical hands-on experience with a solid theoretical base, that will allow our students to learn the technical skills needed to practice permanent makeup, both safely and efficiently. All students completing the basic course satisfactorily will receive a certificate from Pigmenta as a SofTap® techncian, so you can start working in the prestigious and lucrative field of the Permanent makeup Industry.
What you will learn
This Program includes the basics of permanent make up artisty. Students will receive hands-on experience in the 3D hairline stokes eyebrows (eyebrow embroidery), which includes the tapping method by Softap and the “Microblading”, as well as hands-on experience on the upper and lower eyeliners. As an added bonus students will be shown a demontration on the lip liner.
Students will receive a kit containing practice needles so that they may exercise their skill on practice pads. They also receive another kit, which contains needles and colors enough for 10 procedures, generating you an income of at least $4000.00!
The Program is taught in the state-of-the-art facilities, which creates the most effective and efficient learning environment for visual, auditory, and tactile learners! The class size is limited to 12 students. There is a 3:1 student/Instructor ratio.
This Program is 100 hours. 30 hours of bookwork, 4 days totaling 40 hours in classroom which includes theory, demonstrations and hands on practice, 3 days totaling 30 hours of live model work and clinic observation (this segment is overseen by an instructor in the clinical classroom, which is individually scheduled after the initial 40 hours). Classes begin at 9 a.m. and end at 7 p.m. Clinic hours are 9:00am-10:00pm.
Prior to class start we will be sending out a Manuel for you to read and notes to take which will fulfill 30 hours of bookwork.
Day 1 – 10 hours including Theory, demonstrations and hands on practice.
Day 2 – 10 hours including Theory, hands on practice and live model work.
Day 3 – 10 hours including Theory, hands on practice and live model work.
Day 4 – 10 hours including Theory, hands on practice and live model work.
Day 5 – 12-13 hours Clinic observation and Model work
Day 6 – 12-13 hours Clinc observation and Model work
Day 7 – 4 hours Clinc observation and Model work
Days 5, 6 and 7 are scheduled on an individual bases at a time convient for the student and intructor. The remaining 30 hours of clinical classroom has to be completed within 30 days of the initial 4 days (40 hours) of theory and hands on.
Students, who complete the entire Permanent Makeup Program, receive a certificate of completion.
Class tuition is $4000.00. A $1000.00 deposit with your application is required at time of Enrollment. Deposits are non-refundable and may only be rescheduled one time within 2 months. Full tuition is due 4 weeks prior to class start. The tuition includes training manual, materials, and supplies necessary to learn permanent cosmetic procedures.
