Pigmenta Franchise owners and Technicians have attended an extensive training course at the Pigmenta headquarters in Boston. Members of the Pigmenta team will go to each clinic for on-site training, as well as an in-person training at the franchise locations. The franchisee and their team will undergo sales training and individual practice sessions to ensure the clinic’s success.

Roxanne Santiago
Owner
Roxanne Santiago, began her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master’s in Social Work in New York in 1980. Her career as a social worker spanned a range of positions and settings, including educational, community mental health, and medical settings. Most notable was her role for 5 years as Director of Social Work at UMass Medical Center. Currently she still maintains a small private practice.
Roxanne is also very creative with a passion for design which had been a hobby her entire life. She took that passion and received certification in interior design from The New England Institute of Art and had her own successful business for 7 years before joining Pigmenta.
Roxanne joined the Pigmenta team 9 years ago and her role expanded with Pigmenta’s expansion. Most recently she was responsible for day-to-day operations of the academy and managing student enrollment and the apprentice program. Roxanne was also responsible for training and support to new Franchise Owners and technicians in operations and customer care. Her background in social work and business has given Roxanne a unique perspective into the customer experience and has been a tremendous asset in her role with Pigmenta. After so many years with Pigmenta Roxanne has the utmost respect for the expertise and talent of the Pigmenta staff and Pigmenta’s commitment to quality customer care. The next logical step for Roxanne was to become an owner of a Pigmenta Franchise. Together with her partner, Kimberly Fenty, they have opened in New Canaan. Roxanne is very proud and excited to bring Pigmenta to this wonderful community.
Kimberly Fenty
Owner
Kimberly has dedicated her life to Education. She is currently a Reading Specialist for an elementary school in New York. She has Master’s degrees in Reading K-12, Assessing and Testing, and Early Literacy. She has worked with students for 30 years and will be looking forward to retirement in 2 years and starting a new journey.
She became a teacher in order to help students with Dyslexia because of her family history. She has dedicated her time to work with dyslexic adults and children. She is still amazed to see the light in a child’s eye go on when they get it. She believes we are all unique and have different qualifies that make us all special. She will miss her career in education but is excited to share her life experiences with her new clients.
After being a client of Julia Dziuk and seeing firsthand the quality of her work and professionalism, she fell in love with her work and Pigmenta. She cannot wait to share her personal journey of healing because Julia gave Kimberly her lips back. She felt whole again. When the opportunity to buy a Pigmenta Franchise presented itself, Kimberly was all in. If, through Pigmenta, she could help people get their sense of self again, it would be a beautiful gift. She wants to share the gift she experienced with the world. She is very excited about this next chapter in her life and looking forward to bringing Pigmenta and life changing services to the community of New Canaan.
Lauren Gaby
Lead Technician
Lauren Gaby began her career as a makeup artist and esthetician in 2012. She has always been passionate about offering a sense of wellness through beauty and customizing services to fit clients’ unique lifestyle needs. Through her work as an esthetician, Lauren was able to develop a mastery of eyebrow design and creating healthy skin. She’s attracted a loyal following in her skin care business focusing on offering high quality services in a private atmosphere, and also with bridal and special event makeup. To meet the rising demand for sustainable beauty habits she began training in eyelash artistry and has traveled around the country learning from the industry’s best. The ability to help clients feel beautiful without needing to apply daily makeup has been revolutionary and led to the beginning of her career in permanent makeup. Lauren began training with Julia of Pigmenta in 2018 and has been carefully studying the unique hand method technique since then under Julia’s leadership.
Lauren has been working in New Canaan for years and knows the community well. She looks forward to providing ethical and safe permanent makeup solutions to enhance her clients’ natural beauty at our new Pigmenta location in New Canaan, CT.
