Here’s my story,
Are you ready to begin yours with Pigmenta?

Beginning my Journey

Julia Dziuk, the founder and President of Pigmenta, received her clinical esthetics license in Hamburg, Germany in 1986 and practiced as an esthetician while attending college and earning a business degree. Upon graduating, Julia opened and operated her own spa. In 1993 she was introduced to the art of permanent cosmetics and began offering her services as a permanent makeup artist in Germany. Two years later Julia decided to relocate to the United States where she was soon hired as a Technical Director of Esthetics at Blaine, the renowned group of cosmetology schools in Massachusetts. There she managed three locations and many instructors. In 2003 she was appointed Cosmetology Department Chair at North Shore Community College, overseeing the entire cosmetology, esthetics and nail programs.

Educating Newcomers into the Industry

In 2004, Julia created Pigmenta, soon adding long-lasting cosmetic services to her roster of offerings to meet the increasingly wide variety of customer demands. Her unique Hand Method Application – a precise and gentle system of implanting permanent color into the skin – has garnered Julia a spotlight in the growing permanent makeup industry. She continues to educate professionals in the beauty, tattooing and medical industries in her quest to pass her skill set on to the next generation of beauty specialists. In fact, most practitioners in the Boston area have been trained by or apprenticed under Julia Dziuk.

Julia continues to educate professionals in the beauty, tattooing and medical industry; she offers a 100 hour Softap/Pigmenta Fundamentals Permanent Makeup and Microblading course, in addition to other innovative and advanced classes. All of her efforts are with a goal to pass along the skill set to the next generation of beauty professionals.

Growth and Expansion

There has been explosive growth when it comes to permanent makeup demands. Between this demonstrated increased need and the enormous success of the Pigmenta model, Julia will expand and franchise her brand. This is an unparalleled opportunity for people wanting to break into the field or who already have a business but could benefit from joining forces with a more established enterprise.

Ethical Business Model

Julia’s business practices, which include a proven model of customer service and an impeccable skill, keeps clients loyal for years. Those buying into the franchise will not only receive the technical training but will be trained in all aspects of how we conduct business. Franchisees will get ongoing support in order to help them succeed in their business.
