Permanent Cosmetics Specific Policies

Payments and Tax

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express. This is the fastest way to place an order. We will also accept electronic checks, personal checks and money orders. Please, never send cash. Ordering by mail will delay your order due to postal delivery. Also, with checks there is at least a 14-business day process delay to allow the funds to clear the bank before we ship your products. There is no guarantee the product will still be available due to the time delay of processing your check. We do not ship your products until payment is received in full.

– The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that is charged.
-Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.
– Current street address and phone number must be printed on all checks.
– We do not send or accept C. O. D. orders.

Past Due Balance Policy

Prompt payment is expected for all transactions. A 2-5% service charge will be applied on all invoices outstanding more than 30 days. An additional 2-5% will be applied on all outstanding invoices, every 30 days until the full balance is paid.

Tax

There is sales tax for customers on products that apply dependent on where the products are shipped from and shipped to. All Massachusetts orders orders are subject to a sales tax as we are a Massachusetts based business. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any state and local sales taxes applicable to products and services purchased from Pigmenta.

Shipping & Handling

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping ChargesOur products are shipped via UPS ground or Federal Express home delivery service by default, but we are able to ship using any of the services offered by UPS and FedEx. Please note that these are real charges, non-nagogiatable and have to be paid in full from you. Therefore, we do not pad some of the shipping costs into our product prices. If you have your own UPS or FedEx account, we can charge shipping costs directly to that account.

International Shipments

We are happy to ship internationally, unless law restricts the shipment. To confirm availability for international shipping, email us at pigmenta@usa.net. We will promptly send an email to you to provide shipping charges. Understand that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. Pigmenta reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for export documentation.

Inspect your Shipment

Please count and inspect all of your shipments carefully before you sign any delivery receipt on your shipment received by UPS, RPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, and Common Carrier or by whatever means you receive it. In the event of shortage and/or visible exterior damage, this should be noted on the freight bill or driver’s report/receipt. If you have found shortage or damaged products after the driver has left, contact the delivering carrier immediately requesting an inspection be made at once. Concealed shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refused Shipments Shipments refused or returned to us unclaimed for any reason through no fault of Pigmenta will be subject to up to a 25% restocking charge plus return freight charges.

Warranties and Refunds

Pigmenta does not warrant or guarantee other manufacturers products sold from our sites or in our stores. Most products come with a limited warranty through our manufacturers/ suppliers. Warranties do vary on products and will be stated in the information that comes with the product. If you need to return a product in the future that needs to be serviced or replaced, and has a limited warranty, follow the instructions on that products specific warranty card. Do not return the products directly to us. We do not accept them. Manufacturer/ suppliers limited warranties are in effect at the time of purchase. Limited warranties do vary on products and are not the responsibility of Pigmenta. Pigmenta warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the purchase order. Pigmenta’s maximum liability, whether by negligence, contracts, or otherwise, will not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances will Pigmenta be liable for specific, individual, or consequential damages. The customer agrees to protect Pigmenta from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. The customer will hold Pigmenta harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend him/her against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.

Returns

We do not accept or take returns at all (including but not limited to, custom items – i.e.. special orders). Products you purchase from Pigmenta are warranted through the manufacture/ supplier against defects. Warranty terms and conditions vary by manufacture/ supplier. For defective items, contact the warranty provider for repair or replacement.

We try to treat our paying customers like friends. Therefore we try to solve any problems quickly and friendly. There is no need to guarantee anything we do not agree on yet. We involve our clients in every step of the process. You accept all products and services before they are delivered. If you do not know what you are buying, when you buy it, then it is not our fault if you don’t like it. All sales are final without exceptions!

Be sure it’s from Pigmenta

There are companies and individuals currently claiming to be affiliated with Pigmenta or the Pigmenta (Pigmenta, Inc.) and are not authorized to do so. The products and services offered by these parties may not be genuine Pigmenta certified business practices and don’t carry the quality-warranty from the Pigmenta. Dealing with those parties may be risky and may be a criminal violation. We provide certified and trained staff, up-to-date business practices and genuine Pigmenta products and services worldwide. To protect yourself from fraud, please report suspicious trading behaviors by emailing us at pigmenta@usa.net. An Pigmenta representative will check your case and let you know whether our company authorizes it.
