Julia Bowers is Founder and President of Pigmenta. She brings over twenty years of experience in the beauty industry. She has gained most of her training and knowledge from Europe, Asia and the United States. Julia has been in various fields of teaching and education for Permanent Cosmetics, Esthetics and Cosmetology. Because of her expertise and experience she has been responsible for curriculum development and program implementation in prestigious schools around the globe. Julia also received in-depth training in Medical Esthetics, which introduced her to the art of permanent cosmetics.

As a Dermapigmentologist she has now been performing permanent cosmetic procedures for over 15 years. She helps those who are active in sports, allergic to conventional make-up or seek correction of asymmetrical facial features to benefit from permanent cosmetics. Julia is member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP) the largest non-profit professional association in the US and internationally for the permanent cosmetics industry.
